Introducing Speculish!

Florence’s Biscotti is a favorite, but let’s face it - people need more than just one cookie. That’s why, in anticipation of the New Year, we’re very happy to offer Speculish. What’s Speculish? It’s a cookie that has delicious speculaas spices blended with white chocolate, cranberries and enough toasted and spiced oatmeal to have a wonderful texture. If you’re not familiar with speculaas spices (think cinnamon, ginger, anise, nutmeg, cardomam and more), you’re in for a treat. Speculish isn’t a straight up speculaas cookie - it’s specul-ish. Enjoy!
