    When I was a teenager and started baking chocolate chip cookies, my favorite part was tasting the cookie dough when it was just brown sugar and butter. Delicious! I wanted the dough of our chocolate chip cookies to have that rich, deep flavor and, with some browned butter and toasted sugar, that’s what we have. Pile in a ton of chocolate chips and it’s my dream chocolate chip cookie.
