Happy 2022!

I started Allioop Baking Company because letting my people know that I appreciate them is important to me and baking has always been one of the ways that I express that. So let me start off by showing my appreciation to you. Thank you to all of you who answered questionnaires, taste tested, acted as a sounding board and supported me and Allioop.  You have made a tremendous difference to both Allioop’s progress and to me.

As 2022 begins, we held our first cookie raffle!  Our lucky first winner can have a box of Florence’s Biscotti, Speculish and a preview of our Allioop Chocolate Chip Classics shipped anywhere in New York State.  Make sure you add AllioopBakingCompany@gmail.com to your contact list and check your email because we’ll be contacting the winner this week to get their shipping information. Don’t be disappointed if you weren’t a winner this time - we’ll hold raffles every month.

A special thank you to all our questionnaire responders!  I’ve already started addressing some of your great comments – recipients can now receive emails letting them know that cookies are on the way, packages can be tracked, and we’re looking into using resealable plastic bags for study break care packages so students can keep cookies fresh longer.  Your responses also let us know that a lot of people would like to see cookies with lower sugar.
