March is here and with it a new Allioop cookie! Introducing Allioop Mocha Lattes, a vanilla cookie with chocolate and espresso. It’s one of my favorites and I hope you order a lot so I don’t eat them all myself. Our Mocha Lattes are perfect with a glass of milk, a cup of coffee or for a study break.

Speaking of study breaks - for everyone whose kids were off on February breaks, I hope they’re all back in school safe and sound. We had some fantastic suggestions from parents about how to make great cookie boxes for students away at school. Thanks to your suggestions we’ll be launching Study Break Boxes – variety cookie boxes with our 3 original cookies (6 Chocolate Chip Classics, 6 Speculish and 8 Florence’s Biscotti) packed in resealable bags to help your students keep them fresh longer.
